Pastor Kiana McNeil is the founder of Turning Points Church based in Washington D.C. since March 2019.
God has called Pastor McNeil to create an environment in the IVY CITY to teach the others, that God is a forgiving, loving and healing God. Pastor McNeil has allowed love to use her in such unique ways. She wants the others to know, that Jesus died for all of us. We can not afford to live divided from God anymore. We are created to walk by faith and not by sight. We are a family and the favor of God is on us. She has two wonderful daughters Shauntina McNeil and Jessica Heard. She also has five amazing Grandchildren Calvin Small Jr., Conner Youman, Mason McNeil, Skyler McNeil and Madison McNeil.

To teach people to be not only hearers, but also doers of the word of God.

Is to be Authentic, Bold, Loving and Forgiving
Authentic
Ephesians 5:8-12
Tells us we used to be sons and daughters of the of the dark, but in Christ we are children of the light. We are to live in the light, doing away with and exposing the unfruitful works of darkness. Our real identity is that we are children of God, and we owe it to God to live like that.

Ivy City is where God called Turning Points Church to plant the vision to lift, encourage, and give hope to the community by trusting and believing in the word of God.
